     a. You need tell us and describe the condition when scooter has problem, after we know that problem, We will send you the new parts to replacement.

     b. Before send the new parts, you send us the broken parts. and then we will send the video show you and teach you how to instal it.

2. Return policy: Buyer can send the defective motherboard or motor back to our factory for free repair but it must meet following condition: buyer pays shipping to China and we pay return.If it is not the product's problem, our engineers will check carefully and give the result and then we will pack and resend to buyer but buyer must pay burden of all expense.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
